Full-Time Music Instructor
The Curwensville Area School District is seeking applications for an anticipated Full-Time Music Instructor beginning with the 2018-2019 school year. This position is mainly vocal instruction with some instrumental instruction. Interested candidates should send cover letter, current resume, standard teaching application, all undergraduate and graduate transcripts, copy of PA Music K-12 Instruction Certificate and three letters of recommendation to Donna McGary, Board Secretary, 650 Beech Street, Curwensville, PA 16833. Deadline for applications is August 1, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. Successful candidate will be required to provide current (within one year) Act 34, Act 114, Act 151, Act 24 (Form 6004),and Act 168 clearances prior to board approval.

Wellness Advocate – Full time position with CIU Medical Insurance Consortium to assist consortium members in developing, refining and delivering health and wellness related  programs in multiple locations in Clearfield County, minimum Associate degree in Health Sciences, Behavioral Health or related field. DAY-TO-DAY SUBSTITUTES NEEDED:


The Curwensville Area School District is in need of day-to-day substitute Teacher-Aide's, Custodians, Cafeteria workers and Clerical staff. Interested applicants should submit a cover letter, district support staff application, and clearances to the Business Office at 650 Beech St., Curwensville, PA 16833.

The Curwensville Area School District currently employs Substitute Teachers through Source4Teachers.  If you currently hold a minimum of a 4 year college degree you may apply as a guest teacher and will be required to do additional training through Source4Teacher or the local Central Intermediate Unit #10 to fulfill employment requirements.
